Westfield Sydney

After much anticipation, Westfield Sydney opened in October 2010. A global retail giant, Westfield looked to us to create a luxury B2B, limited-edition brochure and online film to introduce and lease the centre to international and local retailers.

With our previous B2B campaigns on both the hugely successful Bondi Junction and Doncaster centres, Westfield entrusted us to encapsulate their newest, world-class vision in the heart of Sydney. Drawing inspiration from the unique Australian light, we placed Westfield Sydney as ‘the leading light’; an iconic kaleidoscopic offering of fashion, lifestyle, spas, dining and bars under the one extraordinary roof.  

The centre’s success is reflected not only in all the best local labels coming on board, but also in the many major international brands opening their first Sydney store (Mulberry, Zara, GAP, DVF, to name a few) in Westfield Sydney, a previously unheard-of achievement.  

Our catalogue and film garnered much creative acclaim, both winning a Finalist award in 2008 for the print design (catalogue) and art direction (film) categories at the AGDA Awards, with our online film also a Finalist at the prestigious World Luxury Awards, Monaco, 2008.

Westfield Doncaster

In 2008, Westfield Doncaster, Melbourne looked to us to reflect its sophisticated revamp. Revolving around our essence, ‘Distinctly Doncaster’, we produced a high-end fashion and lifestyle campaign unique to the centre, incorporating the distinctive imagery and new tone-of-voice into an oversized, luxurious-feel catalogue and other associated collateral; our overall brand strategy repositioning Doncaster as a premium retail and lifestyle experience.

Belinda is the brainchild of Australian fashion doyenne, Belinda Seper. Her eponymous stores are found across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and now Johannesburg, South Africa. A treasure trove of fashion-forward Australian and exclusive international labels, each of our varied communications embodied Belinda’s acute fashion eye and standout style.

Westfield Bondi Junction

Responsible for the hugely effective Westfield Bondi Junction B2B campaign, one that successfully extended the Westfield brand into the premium market, we were commissioned to design the centre’s WBJ magazine. The resulting cutting-edge issue helped firmly establish Westfield Bondi Junction as a leading fashion and lifestyle destination.

Oroton

Once thought of as a commodity handbag label, we successfully helped reposition Oroton as an international accessories brand over 7 years. We creatively and strategically guided the brand across all channels, including packaging, marketing and seasonal campaigns, establishing the ‘O’ symbol as a key brand icon that’s still relevant today.
