See Saw
Aberdeen Wines briefed us to create a modern, innovative label, packaging and website design for their new Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. A combination of Australian and New Zealand ingredients, it was aptly named See Saw, with our final design breaking away from conventional wine labels to clearly communicate the fine balance both brand and blend wanted to achieve.

Bill Granger
Bill Granger is an Australian food legend, with restaurants in both Sydney and Japan. His series of cookbooks are extremely popular and reflect his laidback, easy approach to cooking. Simply Bill was designed by us and conveys the sunny mood in a contemporary, pared-back layout.

Final Cut Wines
Final Cut is the foray of two filmmakers into wine-making. Playing on the partners’ dual interest in film, we named the wine and designed the label to extend the ‘cut’ reference, with a specially die-cut label that strongly differentiated them from their competitors and informed the brand’s visual language.

Marie Claire, Paris
In 2006, Simon Johnson was approached by Marie Claire Paris to curate their new line of alimentary products. We were commissioned by Johnson to name the range (Marie Claire ‘Essentials’) and design over 60 products. The result? A totally unique look that stands out against the myriad of other food items on the shelves.

Eskimo cards
Created as a Christmas gift for our clients and friends, our series of ‘bird’ and ‘style’ double-sided cards flexed our illustrative and copywriting muscles. Whimsical and fun, they proved to be an original and very-welcome present, so much so that they are now sold in Sydney’s Paper2 store.

Simon Johnson
For over 3 seasons, we were responsible for designing the highly anticipated Simon Johnson Christmas catalogues. These set a new standard in food-catalogue presentation; the modern layout presenting a more editorial, yet still accessible, approach to reflect his renown as Australia’s finest provedore.
